With many of us seeking validation by our exposure online, this can affect our mental health and well-being.
So, I want to look into why we seek validation and how by analysing our surroundings and making slight adjustments can have profound impacts on us.
Since I realised that I was seeking validation from others, friends, social media, I knew changes had to be made.
Since these changes, I now feel happier and stopped seeking approval and validation.
