In this episode, I look at how our thoughts can control our actions and emotions. From reading Dr. Joe Dispenza’s book – Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself many years ago, I quickly realised that if we think the same negative thoughts daily, we will live by that negative thought mindset. Can we change our thought pattern for the better?
By understanding how the brain works, this led me to a path of not thinking in the past, but in the future.
